Returns of Substandard or Unsuitable Items<\/h2>\n

Federal regulation requires us to accept the return of any item that is substandard<\/strong> (less than full quality for that item) or unsuitable<\/strong> (inappropriate for you at the time it was fitted, rented or sold). There is no charge to you for such a return.<\/strong> Call (770) 991-4417<\/strong> and we will arrange pickup or send you a prepaid return label.<\/p>\n

Repairs and Maintenance of Rented Equipment<\/h2>\n

For any Medicare-covered item you rent from us, we maintain, repair or replace it at no charge and no repair cost to you<\/strong>, for as long as you rent it. Never attempt a repair yourself — call us.<\/p>\n
