{"id":40,"date":"2018-11-21T20:18:24","date_gmt":"2018-11-21T20:18:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rangeofmotion.042e11e.netsolhost.com\/?page_id=40"},"modified":"2026-08-14T20:19:51","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T20:19:51","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rangeofmotion.us\/?page_id=40","title":{"rendered":"FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>COMMON CPM QUESTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong>When will you deliver my CPM machine?<\/strong> We typically will call you 48-72hrs prior to your surgery to schedule delivery either prior to your procedure or within 48hrs of your return home.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your CPM will need to be set up on a large flat surface (such as a bed)<\/li>\n<li>The patient will need to be present, CPM is custom fit to patient&#8217;s leg length<\/li>\n<li>It is best that a caregiver is also present to review instructions and address any potential trip hazards that were identified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong>When will you <\/strong>pick up<strong> my CPM machine?<\/strong> We will call you on your 20th or 21st day of use. Please note that we <em>will not<\/em> continue to bill you or your insurance past the 21st day even if we have not yet picked up your machine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><strong>What do I need to do to return my CPM machine?<\/strong> Please call us at <em>770.991.4417<\/em> if you would like for us to pick up your machine prior to the 21st day of use.
